VB Fellows integrate their faith and work
Prior to beginning the program, fellows work with our team to find a job that suits their education, passions and strengths. We have relationships with dozens of businesses and nonprofits (see below) and make sure our fellows get valuable work experience during the program.
Fellows work Monday-Thursday and are compensated for their time. At the conclusion of the program we work with each fellow to help them discern their next step professionally. Many choose to stay with their employers, while others pursue new opportunities. We walk with fellows through every step of that vocational discernment process.
